French Vocabulary Flashcards
These can be printed and then photocopied double-sided on card stock and/or laminated. Place them around the house, use them while cooking, reading, playing games, use your imagination.
Don’t forget the “le, la, l’, or les" *
*Parents please be advised, in French we learn the definite article (the: le, la, l’, les) that accompanies each word because all French nouns are either masculine or feminine. It’s important to learn and practice the definite article with the word from the beginning, because knowing whether a word is masculine or feminine impacts a lot of grammar rules that students will learn as they progress. This includes use of adjectives, pronouns, and verb conjugation.
